Generally these are just rented spaces in Mobile home parks, but when you see the listing you just see a nice manufactured home at a great price. Since this web site pulls all the listings from the multiple listing service, it will show the leasehold properties. You can tell if the listing is a leasehold by looking in the description area of the listings, "leasehold" will be in the list of features. If you are interested in purchase a manufactured home in a park, then we are glad to refer you to an agent who has a motor vehicle license.
