Natural Disasters
No! We don't have volcanoes around the Wickenburg area, in fact we don't have much in the way of Natural disasters

Tornadoes
Highly unlikely

Floods
Just stay out of the washes and the rivers when flowing

Mudslides
No, everything here is rock

Fires
Unlikely and Unthreatening, except for a little exception in Yarnell and Peeples valley we just don't have that much to burn.

Drought
We basically live in a perpetual state of drought, but it is not a problem, it is the nature of the desert.

Humidity
If we had High Humidity it would be a Natural Disaster!

Blizzards
Get Real, but you might see snow in a freak occurrence.

landslides
No; the ground here is exceptionally hard and rocky.

Earthquakes
Unlikely, but not impossible.  There are a few fault lines in Arizona, but as far as I know they are not active.

Mosquitoes and flying bugs
Very few flying bugs, some wasps and bees in the summer and perhaps a few mosquitoes if we get excessive rain.
