Tornadoes
Highly unlikely
Floods
Just stay out of the washes and the rivers when flowing
Mudslides
No, everything here is rock
Fires
Unlikely and Unthreatening, except for a little exception in
Yarnell and Peeples valley we just don't have that much to burn.
Drought
We basically live in a perpetual state of drought, but it is
not a problem, it is the nature of the desert.
Humidity
If we had High Humidity it would be a Natural Disaster!
Blizzards
Get Real, but you might see snow in a freak occurrence.
landslides
No; the ground here is exceptionally hard and rocky.
Earthquakes
Unlikely, but not impossible. There are a few fault
lines in Arizona, but as far as I know they are not active.
Mosquitoes and flying
bugs
Very few flying bugs, some wasps and bees in the summer and
perhaps a few mosquitoes if we get excessive rain.
