To talk about Real Estate Market trends we have to get specific about location there are differences between Wittmann, Wickenburg, and Yarnell Arizona, but the bottom line is that all of these areas are isolated from the Phoenix area, so what happens in Phoenix is not what happens here. Wittmann is the closest to the Phoenix area and consequently follows the closest to the pattern of peaks and valleys that we see in the Phoenix market. Wickenburg, Congress and Yarnell, are even more isolated from the market in the Phoenix area, and have never seen the rises and falls of the market to the extent of the phoenix area. Home prices are much more stable. Where phoenix area prices usually represent a bell curve, prices out Wickenburg way don't see drops, and at the same time don't see quick spikes either, so the bar tends to look more like stretched out step, than a bell curve.
